01 / RUSH OPTIONS

HOW SOON
DO YOU NEED IT?

Tell us the deadline first. We’ll review pickup readiness, distance, access, receiving hours, and driver capacity before agreeing to a rush window.

01

1-HOUR
DELIVERY REQUEST

For urgent handoffs where the route and pickup conditions make a short window practical. Availability must be confirmed before booking.

02

2-HOUR
DELIVERY REQUEST

Ask whether a two-hour window fits your pickup, destination, and shipment. We’ll review the full route before accepting it.

03

3-HOUR
DELIVERY REQUEST

Discuss a three-hour window for a time-sensitive delivery. Driver capacity, access, and receiving hours still need to be confirmed.

02 / AGREE ON THE DETAILS

THE CLOCK
NEEDS A
STARTING POINT.

AGREE ON WHEN TIMING STARTS

Before booking, we’ll specify whether the confirmed window runs from pickup or another agreed start time. Do not assume it begins when you call or submit a form.

TELL US WHAT COULD AFFECT THE HANDOFF

Include security checks, loading needs, parking restrictions, and recipient hours. Those details matter when planning a short delivery window.

CONFIRM THE COMMITMENT

Your booking should state the agreed timing and whether it is an estimate or an expressly agreed guarantee. This page does not promise a blanket one-hour delivery service.

03

KEEP BOTH ENDS READY.

Have the shipment packaged and the receiving contact available for the agreed handoff. Let us know immediately if anything changes.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

LET’S GET
THE TIMING RIGHT.

Are one-hour, two-hour, and three-hour options guaranteed?

No. They are requested service windows that must be assessed and confirmed for the specific shipment and route. Any guarantee must be expressly agreed in the booking terms.

</details>

When does the delivery clock start?

The start point must be agreed before booking—for example, at pickup or another specified time. An inquiry, phone call, or form submission alone does not start a confirmed delivery window.

</details>

Can I book a rush delivery through the website?

Use the form to send details, but call for an urgent request. Online submission does not confirm availability, reserve a driver, or complete a booking.

</details>

How far can a rush delivery travel?

Feasibility depends on both addresses, the time of day, access, and driver capacity. A short delivery window cannot be assumed across the full California service area.

</details>

What can I send by rush courier?

We can review documents, packages, business supplies, and suitable parts or equipment. Size, weight, contents, and handling requirements must be accepted before booking.

</details>

Does rush delivery cost more?

Rush pricing is quoted for the specific route, timing, shipment, and handling requirements. We’ll confirm the price before you commit.

</details>

What if the pickup or recipient is not ready?

Contact us immediately. Waiting or changed access can affect the agreed timing and price; we’ll discuss the revised plan.

</details>
