What kinds of nonprofits can request delivery?<\/summary>\n

Community organizations, foundations, outreach programs, arts organizations, and other nonprofits can contact us about delivery needs. Availability depends on the shipment, route, and handling requirements.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you collect donated goods?<\/summary>\n

We can review pickups of suitable packaged goods for delivery to your organization. Confirm that the donor has agreed to release them and that your receiving team can accept them. Contents, size, weight, and loading arrangements must be reviewed first.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you provide free or discounted nonprofit deliveries?<\/summary>\n

Request a quote for your route, schedule, and shipment. Share any budget considerations when you contact us. Free service, donated transportation, and nonprofit discounts are not automatically included.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you deliver food or temperature-sensitive items?<\/summary>\n

Describe the contents, packaging, required conditions, and maximum transit time in your request. Food, perishable goods, and temperature-sensitive shipments require specific review and confirmed arrangements before acceptance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you support a fundraiser or community event?<\/summary>\n

Send the venue, shipment details, delivery window, access instructions, and any return pickup needs. Unloading assistance, setup, placement, and packaging removal must be requested separately and confirmed in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can we arrange a regular route between program sites?<\/summary>\n

Share all locations, preferred days, pickup and delivery windows, and expected volume. We\u2019ll review whether a recurring schedule can be arranged.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you deliver directly to program participants?<\/summary>\n

Share the proposed delivery arrangement using general details first. Individual-address deliveries require review of access, recipient availability, and handoff needs. Do not submit participant records or sensitive personal information through the general quote form.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you provide proof of delivery?<\/summary>\n
