RECURRING PICKUPS / MULTIPLE STOPS / AN AGREED SCHEDULE

01 / WHAT A ROUTE CAN DO

LESS TO ARRANGE.
MORE ROOM
TO GET TO WORK.

When the same delivery comes around again, the details shouldn’t have to start from scratch. A recurring route brings your stops, timing, and handoff instructions into one agreed plan.

YOUR LOCATIONS

Move documents, packages, and materials between your offices, branches, and other business locations.

02

KEEP SUPPLIES
MOVING

Discuss regular pickups from suppliers and deliveries to the people and places that rely on those supplies.

PLAN MULTIPLE
HANDOFFS

Bring several pickups or deliveries into a route, with the stop order and timing reviewed before the schedule begins.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE IT BECOMES
PART OF THE ROUTINE.

Can I arrange daily or weekly pickups?

Tell us your preferred frequency and pickup windows. We’ll review whether the route and schedule can be supported before confirming the arrangement.

Can a route include several pickups or deliveries?

Yes—share the full stop list, contact details, access hours, and any required delivery order. We’ll review timing and capacity across the whole route.

What can travel on a scheduled route?

Documents, business packages, supplies, and suitable parts or small equipment can be considered. Contents, dimensions, weight, value, and handling needs must be reviewed before acceptance.

Will I have the same driver every time?

Driver assignments depend on the agreed service and staffing. If continuity is important to your operation, tell us so we can discuss what is practical; a specific driver is not guaranteed.

Can I change or cancel a scheduled pickup?

Contact us as early as possible. Notice requirements, charges, and the process for changes or cancellations are set out in your delivery arrangement.

What happens if there is a delay or disruption?

Before service starts, we’ll agree on the contact process and how interruptions will be handled. Any revised timing or alternative arrangement depends on the circumstances and available capacity.

Is there a minimum commitment or volume?

Tell us the expected frequency, volume, and duration. Any minimums or commitment terms will be discussed in your quote or service agreement.

How are scheduled routes priced?

Pricing depends on distance, number of stops, frequency, shipment details, time windows, and handling needs. We’ll review your route and provide pricing before you commit.
