05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE THE
NEXT PICKUP.

What can our firm request delivery for?

Contact us about sealed documents, signed originals, correspondence, binders, boxed files, and meeting materials. Shipment size, weight, value, handling needs, and route must be reviewed before acceptance.

Can you accommodate urgent document delivery?

Share the pickup readiness time, destination, recipient availability, and latest acceptable arrival. We’ll confirm whether the route and deadline can be accommodated before booking.

Do you offer process serving or court filing?

This page covers courier delivery of physical materials. It does not offer service of process, electronic filing, or a guarantee that a court will accept a filing. If a delivery involves a court or government office, explain the exact task so its scope and acceptance can be reviewed before booking.

Can you deliver to a courthouse or government office?

Send the location, department, receiving instructions, access requirements, and deadline. Availability and permitted handoff arrangements must be confirmed. Physical delivery alone does not establish that a document has been filed or accepted.

How should we prepare confidential materials?

Use sealed, clearly labeled packaging and specify the authorized recipient and handoff requirements. Discuss any special confidentiality or custody requirements before booking. Do not upload case documents, client details, or privileged information through the general quote form.

Can you collect a signature or provide delivery confirmation?

Tell us what confirmation your firm requires, such as a recipient signature, timestamp, or a specific form. The available process and any custody-record requirements must be agreed before pickup.

Can you wait for documents or bring signed materials back?

Ask about waiting time, return delivery, or additional stops when requesting the quote. Availability, timing, and any extra charges must be confirmed in advance.

Can we set up recurring pickups?

Send the office locations, preferred days, pickup and delivery windows, and expected volume. We’ll review whether a recurring route can be arranged.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable?

Agree on alternate recipients and contact instructions before collection. Any waiting, redelivery, return trip, or change in destination needs coordination and may affect timing and charges.
