05 / COMMON QUESTIONS
BEFORE THE
NEXT ORDER GOES OUT.
What kinds of local businesses can request delivery?
Retailers, studios, print shops, repair businesses, wholesalers, and other businesses can contact us about delivery needs. Availability depends on the shipment, route, and handling requirements.
Can you deliver orders to our customers?
Share the contents, packaging, size, weight, destination, and requested delivery window. Customer deliveries require confirmed access, recipient availability, and handoff instructions.
Can you collect an order from our supplier?
Provide the supplier location, order or release number, pickup contact, and collection window. Confirm that the order is ready and authorized for collection before the agreed pickup.
Can you make multiple stops?
Send the complete stop list, package details, and receiving windows. We’ll review the route and confirm timing and charges before booking. Changes or extra stops may affect the quote.
Can we arrange regular pickups?
Share your preferred days, pickup windows, destinations, and expected volume. We’ll review whether a recurring arrangement can support your business schedule.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Tell us when the shipment will be ready and the latest acceptable arrival time. We’ll confirm whether the route and available capacity can accommodate the request; submitting a form does not guarantee same-day service.
Can you handle returns or exchanges?
Ask about collecting suitable return goods or coordinating an additional pickup. Each leg, package, and handoff must be included in the agreed plan. Refunds and exchange decisions remain with your business.
Can you transport food, fragile items, or temperature-sensitive goods?
Disclose the contents, packaging, and any special conditions in your initial request. These shipments require specific review and confirmed arrangements; specialized handling is not included automatically.
How are deliveries priced?
Pricing depends on the route, timing, shipment size and weight, stops, access, and handling requirements. Any waiting, return trips, or additional services should be included in the quote before booking.
