DELIVERY SERVICES / AIRPORT CARGO
ON THE GROUND.
ON TO THE
NEXT STOP.
Airport cargo pickup and delivery for the ground leg of your shipment. Tell WCC which facility, what is moving, and when it needs to be there.
CARGO PICKUPS / AIRPORT DROP-OFFS / TSA-RELATED REQUESTS
01 / WHAT WE COORDINATE
THE FLIGHT IS
ONLY ONE LEG.
A shipment still needs to get from the cargo counter to its destination—or from your loading area to the right facility. Plan that handoff with the details in place.
01
CARGO
PICKUPS
Move released cargo from an airport cargo facility to your business, warehouse, or receiving location. Share the release reference, facility contact, collection window, and shipment dimensions.
02
AIRPORT
DROP-OFFS
Arrange the ground delivery of prepared cargo to the designated carrier or cargo facility. Provide the booking reference, acceptance instructions, and cargo cutoff time.
03
TSA-RELATED
REQUESTS
If your shipment has specific security, driver, or access requirements, send those requirements for review. WCC will confirm whether the requested service can be accepted before you book.
02 / PLAN THE HANDOFF
THE RIGHT FACILITY.
THE RIGHT
INFORMATION.
CONFIRM CARGO IS READY
Before scheduling collection, confirm the cargo has been released, required charges have been settled, and the facility will accept the designated pickup arrangement.
WORK BACK FROM THE CUTOFF
Share the cargo acceptance deadline, not just the flight departure time. Allow for driving, facility queues, paperwork, and the receiving process when planning your request.
AGREE ON ACCESS AND LOADING
Identify the cargo terminal or warehouse, opening hours, loading arrangements, and any required credentials. Access and specialized handling are confirmed for each request.
03 / HOW IT WORKS
LESS GUESSWORK.
A CLEARER HANDOFF.
01
SEND THE SHIPMENT DETAILS.
Share the airport and cargo facility, pickup and destination addresses, piece count, dimensions, weight, and preferred timing. Include the air waybill or booking reference when available.
02
CONFIRM RELEASE AND REQUIREMENTS.
Provide pickup authorization, the facility contact, release status, and any carrier or TSA-related instructions. We’ll review access, capacity, handling, and availability before confirming the job.
03
COORDINATE THE HANDOFF.
Agree on the delivery window, receiving contact, and confirmation needs. Keep a contact available if facility instructions or cargo readiness change.
04 / SERVICE AREAS
AIRPORT TO BUSINESS.
BUSINESS TO AIRPORT.
California-based ground delivery inquiries, with core routes throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
For LAX, Ontario, or another airport, name the exact cargo facility and destination when you contact us. Route availability and facility access must be confirmed for each request.
05 / COMMON QUESTIONS
BEFORE IT MOVES.
LET’S CONFIRM.
Does this service include air freight transportation?
This page covers ground pickup and delivery connected to airport cargo. Flight booking, airline transportation, and cargo acceptance by the carrier are separate arrangements.
What does “TSA requests” mean here?
It means you can submit a request with specific aviation-security requirements for WCC to review. It does not mean every request is accepted or that WCC is advertising TSA certification, cargo screening, or unrestricted airport access.
Can you collect cargo from LAX or another airport?
Tell us the airport, exact cargo facility, release status, shipment size, and destination. We’ll review availability and the facility’s pickup requirements before confirming service.
What paperwork should I have ready?
Have your air waybill or booking reference, cargo release information, pickup authorization, piece count, and facility contact ready. Ask the carrier or facility for its exact document requirements.
Can you pick up cargo that has not been released?
Pickup must be coordinated around confirmed release and facility availability. Let us know about any holds or outstanding charges before booking. Customs clearance and brokerage are not included in the ground delivery described here.
Can you guarantee a flight connection or cargo cutoff?
We can review your requested timing and agree on a ground delivery plan. Flight connections, facility processing, and carrier acceptance are outside the ground courier’s control; an inquiry is not a guarantee of a cutoff.
Do you move hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or oversized cargo?
Disclose these requirements when you inquire. This page does not promise hazardous-material transport, temperature-controlled service, oversized capacity, forklifts, or liftgates. Any specialized request needs separate review and explicit acceptance.
Is airport cargo delivery the same as lost luggage delivery?
No. This page is for cargo shipments handled through cargo facilities. For delayed or lost passenger baggage, contact WCC with the airline’s release instructions so we can discuss the appropriate request.

WHERE DOES YOUR
CARGO GO NEXT?
