DELIVERY SERVICES / FREIGHT & PALLET DELIVERY
BIGGER SHIPMENT.

A supplier pickup. A pallet of inventory. Equipment headed to the next location. For freight and pallet delivery in Los Angeles, tell WCC what you need moved, how it is packed, and what access looks like at both ends so we can review the delivery.
SUPPLIER PICKUPS / PALLETIZED GOODS / BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS DELIVERY
01 / WHAT NEEDS MOVING?
FROM THE SUPPLIER.
TO THE NEXT STEP.
A larger shipment needs a delivery plan that fits the load and the locations. Start with the details below so we can discuss the right arrangements.
01
PALLETIZED
SHIPMENTS
Discuss packaged goods secured to a pallet, including inventory, supplies, and components. Provide the number of pallets and the full dimensions and total weight of each loaded unit.
02
SUPPLIER &
WAREHOUSE PICKUPS
Coordinate collections from suppliers, distributors, and warehouses. Include release numbers, appointment requirements, receiving hours, and the loading equipment available.
03
BUSINESS
TRANSFERS
Move suitable freight between branches, facilities, or job locations. Tell us about the contents, packaging, access, and receiving contact so we can assess the complete trip.
02 / PLAN THE LOAD
MEASURE IT.
WEIGH IT.
PLAN THE ACCESS.
THE COMPLETE SHIPMENT
Include the pallet or crate when measuring length, width, height, and weight. Mention any overhang, fragile items, non-stackable goods, or unusual center of gravity.
LOADING AT BOTH ENDS
Tell us whether a dock, forklift, or other loading equipment is available at each location. If you need a liftgate, pallet jack, or loading assistance, request it in advance so availability can be reviewed.
THE DELIVERY POINT
Confirm whether the handoff is at a dock, loading area, or another agreed location. Inside delivery, stairs, unpacking, and placement require separate arrangements.
03 / HOW IT WORKS

We’ll review the shipment, route, vehicle capacity, and loading arrangements. Agree on handling responsibilities, access, timing, and pricing before booking.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS
BEFORE WE
LOAD UP.
How many pallets can you carry?
Capacity depends on loaded dimensions, total weight, vehicle availability, and loading access. Send the measurements and weight of each pallet. We’ll confirm whether the shipment fits before accepting it.
What is the maximum size or weight?
There is no blanket size or weight allowance on this page. Provide the complete loaded dimensions and weight, including packaging and pallets, so we can review vehicle capacity and handling needs.
Do you provide a liftgate, forklift, or pallet jack?
Tell us what equipment is needed and what is available at both locations. Liftgates, forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading assistance are not included automatically; availability and responsibility must be agreed before booking.
Does my freight need to be palletized?
Describe how the shipment is packed. We can review suitable boxed, crated, or palletized goods. Packaging, securing, and any special handling arrangements must be agreed before collection.
Can you collect from a warehouse or distributor?
Share the pickup address, release or order number, contact, appointment window, and loading details. Confirm that the goods are released and ready for collection before the agreed pickup.
Do you offer same-day freight delivery?
Send the route, shipment details, readiness time, and deadline. We’ll review whether the requested timing and required vehicle can be accommodated. A quote request does not guarantee same-day availability.
Is inside delivery or setup included?
The delivery point and handling scope must be agreed in the quote. Inside delivery, stairs, unpacking, assembly, placement, and packaging removal are not included automatically.
Can you move hazardous or temperature-sensitive freight?
Disclose any hazardous, restricted, temperature-sensitive, or other specialized contents in the initial inquiry. These require separate review and are not automatically accepted.
What should I include when requesting a quote?
Include the full route, contents, piece or pallet count, loaded dimensions, weight, value, timing, loading equipment, access restrictions, and receiving hours. Mention any appointment, return-pallet, or documentation requirements.
