Acceptance depends on the shipment and the vehicle available. Send the dimensions and weight of each piece, plus the total number of pieces, so we can confirm fit and handling before booking.
Do you offer same-day or rush package delivery?
Ask us about your route and deadline. Availability is reviewed for each request, and any delivery window must be confirmed before booking.
Can you collect an order from my supplier?
Tell us the supplier’s address, collection hours, contact person, and any order number or release authorization required. Confirm the order is ready before the agreed pickup.
Can I arrange regular supply deliveries?
Yes—share your stops, preferred schedule, and typical shipment volume. We’ll discuss route availability and a recurring arrangement.
Can you move fragile, valuable, or heavy items?

Does delivery include packing, installation, or setup?
Packing, assembly, installation, and setup are not included in the standard service described here. Mention any additional assistance you need so we can confirm whether it can be arranged.
