01 / WHAT WE HELP MOVE
THE MATERIALS
MAKE THE MEETING.
A presentation is about to start. A training team needs its handouts. An event needs its printed pieces on site. Let’s plan the pickup and delivery around the moment they are needed.
01
PRINT-SHOP
PICKUPS
Your order is ready, but your team is busy. Share the printer’s address, order reference, release contact, and delivery destination so we can review the pickup.
02
BUSINESS
MATERIALS
Presentation packets, training manuals, flyers, brochures, and event materials delivered to offices, meeting locations, and agreed receiving points.
03
PRINT
COORDINATION
Need printing arranged as well as delivery? Tell us the page count, quantity, color, paper, finishing, and deadline. Printing options, costs, and production timing must be confirmed before booking.
02 / TWO WAYS TO START
ALREADY PRINTED?
STILL A FILE?
COLLECT YOUR FINISHED ORDER
Use your preferred print shop and confirm the order is complete. We’ll review collection availability and the delivery details, including loading and receiving arrangements.
DISCUSS PRINTING FIRST
If printing is part of the request, send the specifications before sending files. We’ll confirm whether coordination is available and agree on the printer, cost, file-transfer method, and timing.
KEEP YOUR DEADLINE IN VIEW
Allow time for proof approval, production, finishing, and delivery. A delivery request does not confirm that a print order can be produced within the same window.
03 / HOW IT WORKS
THE RIGHT VERSION.
THE RIGHT DESTINATION.
01
DESCRIBE THE JOB.
Tell us what you need delivered, the quantity, pickup location, destination, and deadline. If printing is needed, include page count, color or black-and-white, paper size, and finishing preferences.
02
APPROVE THE DETAILS.
Confirm the print specifications, proof where applicable, production cost, and delivery quote. Let us know about recipient lists, multiple stops, or special handoff instructions.
03
GET IT INTO THE RIGHT HANDS.
Have the order packed, labeled, and released for collection. Keep pickup and receiving contacts available so the materials can move according to the agreed plan.
04 / SERVICE AREAS
FROM YOUR PRINTER.
ACROSS CALIFORNIA.
Core routes throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
For the Central Coast, Central Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento Region, or another destination, share your collection address and deadline so we can discuss availability.
05 / COMMON QUESTIONS
LET’S GET
THE DETAILS RIGHT.
Do you print the documents yourselves?
This page offers printed-material delivery and inquiries about coordinating printing. It does not promise in-house printing. If your request includes production, we’ll confirm the printing arrangement and pricing before accepting the job.
Can you pick up from my existing print shop?
Yes—send the shop’s address, order reference, collection hours, and release contact. Confirm the order is ready, paid for as required by the printer, and authorized for pickup.
What print specifications should I provide?
Include page count, number of copies, paper size, color or black-and-white, single- or double-sided printing, and any stapling, binding, or other finishing. The printer’s available options and turnaround must be confirmed.
How should I send my files?
Start with the job details in the quote form. We’ll agree on a file-transfer method if printing coordination is accepted. Use a final print-ready file and clearly identify its version; do not submit sensitive documents through the general quote form.
Can you deliver to multiple offices or an event?
Share each address, the quantity for each stop, receiving contacts, and delivery windows. We’ll review routing and pricing. Materials should be separated and labeled by destination.
Is same-day print and delivery available?
Ask us about the full job and deadline. Availability depends on print readiness or production time, the pickup and delivery route, and driver capacity. Both production and delivery timing must be confirmed.
Does the quote include printing and finishing?
A delivery-only quote does not include print production. If printing coordination is requested, the agreed quote should identify printing, finishing, and delivery costs before you approve the work.
Can you edit, design, or proofread the documents?
Design, editing, and proofreading are not included in the service described here. Supply the correct final file and review any proof provided by the printer before authorizing production.
