YOUR VEHICLE. CLEAR COMMUNICATION. FOLLOW-THROUGH.

01 / YOUR OPERATING ARRANGEMENT

TWO PATHS.
ONE PLACE TO START.

UNDER OUR AUTHORITY

Interested in operating under our authority? Introduce yourself and your vehicle. We’ll discuss the applicable onboarding, insurance, documentation, and agreement requirements before any work begins.

UNDER YOUR OWN AUTHORITY

Already operating your own transportation business? Tell us about your authority, equipment, and coverage. We’ll review your information and discuss the requirements and terms for working together.

02 / YOUR VEHICLE & YOUR REACH

TELL US HOW
YOU MOVE.

Start with the vehicle you own and drive. Equipment eligibility depends on the work and operating arrangement; an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

YOUR VEHICLE

Share the type, year, make, model, and mileage. Include usable cargo dimensions, payload capacity, and any loading or handling equipment.

YOUR HOME BASE

Tell us your city and state, the areas you know, and whether you are interested in local, regional, or out-of-state work.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Describe your delivery experience, typical cargo, availability, and how far you are comfortable traveling.

03 / WHAT MATTERS ON EVERY DELIVERY

TAKE CARE.
STAY IN TOUCH.

HANDLE WITH CARE.

Treat the shipment, pickup location, and recipient with attention and respect.

COMMUNICATE CLEARLY.

Provide accurate updates and raise delays, access issues, or questions promptly.

FOLLOW THROUGH.

Complete the agreed delivery and provide the required confirmation and paperwork.

04 / HOW TO GET STARTED

INTRODUCE YOURSELF.
WE’LL TALK DETAILS.

01 / SEND AN INQUIRY

Share your contact information, vehicle, location, and preferred authority arrangement.

02 / REVIEW THE FIT

Discuss potential work, equipment suitability, coverage, and the documents needed for your arrangement.

03 / COMPLETE ONBOARDING

Review the applicable agreement, compensation, payment timing, expenses, and operating requirements before starting.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU APPLY.

DO I NEED MY OWN AUTHORITY?

We can consider both arrangements: operating under our authority or your own. Tell us your preference so we can discuss the appropriate onboarding path.

WHAT VEHICLES ARE ELIGIBLE?

Send us your vehicle details and cargo capacity. We’ll discuss whether your equipment fits the available work; vehicle acceptance is confirmed during review.

IS THE WORK LOCAL OR LONG-DISTANCE?

Tell us whether you prefer local, regional, or out-of-state work. Opportunities depend on customer needs, location, equipment, and availability.

HOW DO PAY AND EXPENSES WORK?

Compensation, payment timing, any applicable fees, and responsibility for operating expenses are discussed before you agree to work. This page does not quote a standard rate or guaranteed earnings.

WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I NEED?

Be ready to discuss your driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance, business information, and operating credentials where applicable. The required documents depend on your arrangement. We’ll explain how to provide them during onboarding.
