These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and describe general arrangements for requesting services from National Transportation Group, LLC, doing business as West Coast Couriers. Individual deliveries are governed by the applicable quote, booking confirmation, service agreement, shipping documents, and applicable law. If these website terms conflict with a separate delivery agreement, that agreement controls for the services it covers, subject to applicable law.
01
Scope and business details
West Coast Couriers is a trade name of National Transportation Group, LLC (“West Coast Couriers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions describe the use of our website and general arrangements for requesting delivery services. Specific deliveries are governed by the applicable quote, booking confirmation, service agreement, shipping documents, and applicable law.
Our website provides service information and ways to contact us. It does not offer online booking, payment processing, or customer accounts. Booking and payment arrangements are handled directly by email or telephone.
You must not use our website to submit knowingly false information, impersonate another person, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website operation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
02
Quotes and booking
Submitting a website form, sending an email or text message, or leaving a voicemail does not by itself confirm a booking or reserve delivery capacity.
A delivery is confirmed when West Coast Couriers accepts the request and confirms the applicable arrangements.
Quotes are based on the shipment details provided. Changes to locations, shipment size, timing, access, or handling requirements may require an updated quote. Any expiration date or special conditions will be stated in the quote.
If you arrange services on behalf of a business or another person, you must have authority to make those arrangements and provide the relevant information.
03
Delivery information and preparation
Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, shipment descriptions, dimensions, weight, and requested timing.
Please disclose access restrictions, loading or unloading requirements, and any fragile, high-value, temperature-sensitive, hazardous, regulated, or otherwise unusual contents before booking.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, customers are responsible for arranging suitable packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
Please provide only the personal information necessary to arrange and complete the delivery. Do not submit payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or medical records through general website forms or ordinary text messages.
04
Items and service limitations
Service availability depends on location, scheduling, shipment characteristics, equipment, and applicable operating requirements.
We do not accept unlawful shipments. Hazardous materials, regulated goods, medical specimens, temperature-controlled shipments, and other items requiring special handling must be disclosed and expressly accepted before pickup.
A reference to a service or industry on our website does not mean that we can accept every shipment within that category.
We may decline requests that we cannot safely or lawfully fulfill. Providing shipment information does not itself constitute our acceptance of the shipment.
05
Timing and delivery confirmation
Pickup and delivery estimates depend on the arrangements confirmed for each shipment. A requested time is not a guaranteed commitment unless we expressly agree to it.
Traffic, weather, access difficulties, recipient availability, and other circumstances may affect timing. Any specific timing commitments and remedies are governed by the applicable service agreement and law.
Please communicate signature requirements, authorized recipients, placement instructions, and proof-of-delivery needs before booking. Special instructions must be accepted by us to form part of the delivery arrangements.
06
Pricing and payment
Pricing, accepted payment methods, payment deadlines, and any applicable additional charges will be set out in the quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement.
Changes to the agreed service may affect pricing. Any waiting-time, additional-stop, unsuccessful-delivery, redelivery, or return charges must be established in the applicable service terms.
Payments are arranged separately from this website. Please contact us directly if you have a question about an invoice or payment instructions.
07
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a delivery.
Requested changes are subject to availability and may affect timing, routing, or pricing. Changes are confirmed only when accepted by West Coast Couriers.
Any cancellation charges or refund arrangements are governed by the terms agreed for the service and applicable law. These website terms do not establish a standard cancellation fee or refund schedule.
If a delivery cannot be completed as arranged, we will seek instructions from the appropriate contact. Any return or redelivery arrangements will be subject to the applicable service terms.
08
Claims and responsibility
If you believe a shipment has been lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly at info@westcoastcouriers.com or (213) 510-2323.
Please retain relevant packaging, photographs, shipment documents, and communications to help us investigate.
Responsibility for a shipment, available remedies, claim procedures, and applicable deadlines are governed by the relevant service agreement, shipping documents, and applicable law.
These website terms do not establish a cargo liability limit, shorten a legally applicable claim deadline, or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
09
Applicable terms and disputes
If these website terms conflict with a separately agreed service contract, that contract controls for the services it covers, subject to applicable law.
These website terms are governed by California law, except where applicable federal law or other mandatory law controls.
If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us informally does not replace any required formal claim procedure or extend an applicable deadline.
Nothing in these website terms requires mandatory arbitration or waives a right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
10
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Updates do not retroactively change an existing service agreement unless the parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
