PLANNED PICKUPS

Build a recurring delivery request around your office schedule. Share the days, locations, expected volume, and handoff windows that work for your team.

TIME-SENSITIVE NEEDS

When a document or supply order needs to move sooner, send the readiness time and delivery deadline. Same-day and rush availability depends on the route, shipment, and available capacity.

OFFICE-READY HANDOFFS

Provide suite numbers, reception hours, parking or loading instructions, and a reachable recipient. Tell us if the delivery must go to a specific person or can be accepted at the front desk.

02

CONFIRM THE DETAILS.

We’ll review availability and agree on the route, timing, handoff instructions, and pricing. Include return trips, waiting time, or extra stops in the request.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE THE
NEXT OFFICE RUN.

What types of offices can request delivery?

Accounting firms, consultancies, real estate offices, agencies, administrative teams, and other professional businesses can contact us about delivery needs. Availability depends on the shipment, route, and handling requirements.

What can we send?

We can review sealed documents, client packets, meeting materials, packaged office supplies, and suitable equipment. Provide the contents, dimensions, weight, and value so the shipment can be assessed before acceptance.

Can we schedule regular pickups?

Send the locations, preferred days, pickup and receiving windows, and typical volume. We’ll review whether a recurring route can be arranged for your office.

Can you handle a last-minute delivery?

Call with the pickup readiness time, destination, and deadline. We’ll confirm whether the request can be accommodated. A submitted quote form does not reserve capacity or guarantee timing.

Can you collect an order from our supplier?

Share the supplier location, release or order number, pickup contact, and collection window. Confirm the order is ready and released for collection before the agreed pickup.

Can you wait or bring something back?

Request waiting time, return delivery, or additional stops when asking for a quote. Availability, timing, and any additional charges must be agreed before booking.

How should we prepare confidential documents?

Use sealed, labeled packaging and specify the authorized recipient and handoff instructions. Discuss any special confidentiality requirements in advance. Use general shipment descriptions in the quote form without submitting confidential client records.

Can you provide a signature or delivery confirmation?

Tell us what confirmation you need, such as a recipient signature, timestamp, or specific handoff record. The available process must be confirmed before collection.

Does equipment delivery include installation or setup?

Installation, assembly, unpacking, placement, and packaging removal are not included automatically. Describe any extra services, stairs, or access restrictions so the full scope can be reviewed and quoted.
