DELIVERY SERVICES / TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED DELIVERY
THE RIGHT RANGE.
THE RIGHT PLAN.
Some deliveries need more than an address and a deadline. Tell WCC what your shipment needs to stay within its required temperature range, and we’ll review the route, handling, and available service options with you.
TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENTS / PACKAGING DETAILS / COORDINATED HANDOFFS
01 / START WITH THE SHIPMENT
SENSITIVE TO HEAT.
DEPENDENT ON DETAILS.
The right delivery plan starts with the product’s requirements. Give us the information needed to determine whether the shipment and route can be accommodated.
01
PACKAGED
PRODUCTS
Tell us about temperature-sensitive business goods, ingredients, or samples. Include the contents, packaging, required range, and maximum time in transit so we can assess the request.
02
HEALTHCARE &
LAB REQUESTS
Discuss temperature-sensitive medical or laboratory deliveries using general shipment details. Specialized contents, documentation, and handling needs require review before acceptance.
03
RECURRING
DELIVERIES
Have repeat pickups between suppliers, facilities, or business locations? Share the schedule, shipment volume, temperature requirements, and receiving windows for every stop.
02 / DEFINE THE CONDITIONS
RANGE.
PACKAGING.
HANDOFF.
SPECIFY THE TEMPERATURE
Provide the required minimum and maximum temperature, units, and any permitted time outside that range. Describe the requirements in numbers, rather than simply “keep cool.”
AGREE ON THE METHOD
Tell us whether you are supplying prepared insulated packaging or requesting an active temperature-control solution. Packaging, coolant, monitoring, and equipment responsibilities must be confirmed in advance.
PLAN BOTH ENDS
Coordinate shipment readiness and recipient availability. Share receiving hours, storage arrangements at the destination, and the contact to call if a delay or temperature concern arises.
03 / HOW IT WORKS
A CLEAR PLAN.
BEFORE PICKUP.
01
SHARE THE REQUIREMENTS.
Send the route, contents, quantity, dimensions, weight, temperature range, packaging details, and deadline. Include any monitoring or documentation requirements.
02
CONFIRM THE ARRANGEMENTS.
We’ll review the request and confirm whether we can accommodate it. Agree on the service scope, equipment, packaging responsibilities, monitoring, handoff, and pricing before booking.
03
PREPARE FOR THE HANDOFF.
Have the shipment prepared according to the agreed plan. Keep pickup and receiving contacts available, and confirm the process for any delay, missed handoff, or temperature concern.
04 / SERVICE AREAS
YOUR ROUTE.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Start with Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
For the Central Coast, Central Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento region, or another destination, contact us with the full route and temperature requirements. Availability depends on the shipment and the arrangements we can confirm.
05 / COMMON QUESTIONS
LET’S GET
SPECIFIC.
What temperature ranges can you accommodate?
Share the exact required range and units with your request. Chilled, frozen, or controlled-room-temperature service is subject to review; no range is automatically available or accepted through this page.
Do you provide refrigerated vehicles?
If your shipment requires active refrigeration or another specific vehicle or equipment setup, state that in your request. Equipment availability and suitability must be confirmed before booking.
Can I use my own insulated packaging?
Tell us how the shipment will be packaged, the coolant used, and the intended transit duration. Customer-supplied packaging and the delivery plan must be reviewed together. Insulated packaging does not itself establish that the required conditions can be maintained.
Do you provide temperature monitoring or records?
Specify whether you need a data logger, continuous monitoring, readings at handoff, or a temperature report. The equipment, responsibility for monitoring, and records available must be agreed before acceptance; they are not included automatically.
Can you deliver medical or laboratory shipments?
These require a separate review of contents, classification, packaging, temperature, and documentation. Use general shipment details in the quote form, without patient information. Do not tender a specialized shipment until acceptance has been confirmed.
What if my shipment uses dry ice or another special coolant?
Disclose the coolant and quantity in your initial request, along with the shipment classification and handling instructions. These shipments require specific review and are not automatically accepted.
Can you arrange scheduled or urgent delivery?
Send the route, readiness time, delivery deadline, and required conditions. We’ll assess whether the timing and handling can be accommodated. Submitting a request does not reserve capacity or guarantee a delivery time.
Is my delivery booked when I submit the form?
No. The form starts an inquiry. WCC must confirm availability, shipment acceptance, temperature-control arrangements, pricing, and delivery details before booking.
